  • Where do I park?
    We have a parking lot and ample street parking around the salon. There’s also a parking garage located directly behind us!
  • What if I’m running late?
    We understand that unexpected events happen that can cause you to run late. If you are 15 minutes late or more, we do reserve the right to cancel or modify your service(s) as needed to stay on time for all following appointments. *Rescheduled appointments can be subject to a service charge.*
  • Why do I need to give my credit card number when booking an appointment?
    At Moxie Park, we are extremely fortunate to serve many guests, some of whom wait several weeks for an appointment. We do kindly ask to reserve a credit card for all services to protect the valuable time of our team.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    We understand that unexpected conflicts do arise, so please contact us right away if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We do have a strict policy regarding no shows or last-minute cancellations. All cancellations received less than 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. No shows and same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. This will be automatically charged to your credit card on file. In support of this, we do require firm confirmations. If we are unable to confirm with you 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, we reserve the right to cancel it.
  • What methods of payment do you accept?
    We accept all major credit cards, cash, and Moxie Park gift cards.
  • How do I tip my stylist?
    Tips are always appreciated! We request cash when possible, and for your convenience we also offer Tippy (a tipping platform separate from the service transaction).
  • Are you kid friendly?
    Children are welcome as clients only. This is for their safety and allows your stylist to provide you with the best service. Breast-feeding mothers are an exception.
  • What are your hours?
    We are open Monday-Friday 8:30am-7:00pm *Stylist's schedules do vary*
  • Do you offer consultations?
    Yes! We offer complimentary consultations. You will have 15 minutes to sit down with a stylist to ask any questions you may have. They will explain the steps it will take to get to your goal, pricing, and anything else you want to know! *If you are a first time extension client, a consultation is required.*
  • How do I know what to book?
    Head over to our booking page! We break down each blonding service into levels. If you have any questions, please call the front desk and we can help! *If it's your first time seeing us and you’re getting a color & cut, please book as a Level 3.
  • How far out can I book?
    We open our books four months at a time to keep things running smoothly. We open a new month on the first Monday of every month. Pre-booking after each appointment is the surest way to grab your desired spot!
  • What if I need my hair adjusted?
    We want you to love your hair! If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your service results, please call us within seven days of the original service date and we will correct any technical issues with no additional charge. If you are wanting to go in a different direction than discussed in your original consultation, this policy does not apply. However, we would love to take you on your next hair journey!!
  • Are you hiring?

  • How does the waitlist work?
    We do offer a waitlist, so that we can get guests in as soon as appointments open up. You can add yourself to the waitlist by visiting our booking page from the website, or you can call our front desk. We are unable to give you an exact timeline on when we will get you in, but you will be notified as soon as something becomes available!
  • How can I save money on products?
    We offer 20% off on shampoo and conditioner REFILLS! Just bring your empty bottles back in and we will refill them with any of our amazing options. *Not valid on travel or liter sizes*
  • What if I don't love my product purchase?
    We stand behind our products 100% and are more than happy to honor an exchange for a new product that better suits your locks. We can only accept returns on gently used products. *Returns must be made within three weeks of purchase*
